PU (Polyurethane) Foam
Foam Bazaar supplies variety of foam products and allied products in different densities, shapes and sizes according to our end customer’s requirement.
Polyurethanes are one of the most versatile materials. The nature of the chemistry allows polyurethanes to be adapted to solve challenging problems, to be molded into unusual shapes and to enhance industrial and consumer products by adding comfort, warmth and convenience to our lives.
Flexible polyurethane foam has remarkable versatility. It can be easily cut and shaped to serve an almost unlimited number of purposes. It also works well in conjunction with other materials, like fiber and springs. Foam is one of the few materials where product designers have almost infinite flexibility with foam, form does not follow function but form equals function.

Low Density Soft Foam – Soft foams are available in low to medium density range. Soft foams are used for all quilting needs, mattress overlay, top lining in sofas, pillows etc. Fabric laminated soft foam is used in car seat and interior components of automobiles such as roof liners, dashboards etc.; upholstered soft surface such as upholstered headboards, upholstered soft surface such as upholstered headboards, upholstered wall. Mattress padding; shoes; office bags; baby carrier bags; jackets and leisure appeal; hiking clothes; hats; helmets; glover; toy etc.
High Density PU Foam– foam made with an increased hardness range and are ideal for application in area where additional support and higher load bearing is required. The foam can be die-cut, milled and laminated with other fabrics. Hard foam are used widely in upper, mid and bottom part of the shoe. Hard foams are also used in various automotive parts, carpet industry, saddles and riding apparel, knee pads etc. Additionally, we have observed that our 40 hard foam has good acoustic damping properties, therefore can be used for high KVA gen-sets and refrigeration equipments.
Foam Sheets
We supply foam sheets in low density, medium and high density for textile industry, bag manufacturer, quilting needs, mattress overlay, top lining in sofas, pillows etc. the foam sheets also used as cushioning and packaging purposes.
Fabric Laminated Foam Sheets:
We supply the fabric laminated soft foam to be used in car seat and interior components of automobiles such as roof liners, dashboards etc.
Foam Rolls:
We supply foam rolls in low density, medium and high density in different thickness as per end customers application.
Foam Mattresses
We supply mattresses made of pure flexible foam in bulk quantity, The Mattresses consist of a quilted or similarly fastened case, usually of heavy cloth, that contains hair, straw, cotton, foam rubber, etc., or a framework of metal springs.

Bubble Wrappers:
Bubble wrap, also known as air-cushion, film air, bubble film, air bubble sheet etc. generally produced from low density polyethylene as the raw material, and is currently widely used as a shockproof and cushion packaging material.
